Spent 3 days in this newly developed RV park. Love the level sites and that there are 3 services. The owners are fabulous and cant say enough good about them or their park. There is a comfort station onsite which is immaculate but we didnt need to use. Getting to the park was a challenge in our rig. We have a 38 MH with a vehicle and bikes in tow. The entrance was narrow and we went down in the embankment upon entry. No damage and we were able to get out unassisted. The owner corrected the entrance the next day and upon our departure it was perfect. We were quite impressed with that. The road to Trout River is a bit scary. There is a sharp left turn on a hill. We managed it going and coming but it isnt something wed want to do again anytime soon. The highway is quite good. Probably one of the best in rural NL. The area is spectacular. There are some great hiking trails and anyone in the area should stop by The Seaside Restaurant. This part of the island is a must see and wed definitely recommend this RV park.
Very friendly staff. Located in a beautiful valley surrounded by small mountains. Nice to have such level lots.
Such an amazing location! Right in the heart of Gros Morne National Park, Trout River is such a quaint little town.
Finally, a full service RV Park at Trout River, opened in May 2018. Very safe environment for children young and old ( like me). Very close Green Garden , Tablelands, and Trout River hiking trails, and two excellent restaurants in Trout River. The owners are so nice, so glad we found you. Yup! They got WI-FI. Nope! No mosquito or black flies.
